Are you right for Tara?

Meet Tara, our beautiful five-year-old German Shepherd who has so much love to give. Tara adores spending time with her handlers, whether this is bouncing around with her toys or showing off her training skills. She is an extremely affectionate girl who is currently waiting patiently to find her forever home. Tara would love a family that can take her on new adventures before returning home for a much-needed cuddle and snooze. We have found that Tara can be reactive to some other dogs out and about, but has made so much progress here at the centre, as she is extremely clever and loves to keep her mind active by learning new skills. This sweet girl could live with children aged eight or over who can cope with a bigger dog that can be excitable. Tara would love to be the only pet so that she can be the centre of attention! Could you be the home that Tara has been waiting for?

Is Tara right for you?

Tara was transferred to us from our Penrith centre and is now she’s on the hunt for a forever home filled with warmth and affection. She loves to explore new places and have a run around our compounds, especially with a tennis ball! Tara would appreciate having space around other dogs, but has been progressing really well with her general focus training out and about. She loves to show off her intelligence and learn new skills, so she would enjoy being able to do this in her new home. She has become an office buddy for some of our staff and is always there to remind them to take regular cuddle breaks.
