We, as dog owners, sometimes struggle with unwanted behaviours from our dogs, like barking or pulling on the lead.

Finding the right training and behavioural support at the right time can help prevent these behaviours from becoming bigger problems.

If you and your four-legged friend need advice, our free dog advice line can help.

Our team of dog behaviour specialists keep up-to-date with all the latest science and research in dog behaviour. We’ll chat through any concerns you have over the phone and recommend a course of action.

By taking the time to work through any issues, you and your best pal will be closer than ever.

How does it work?

When you give us a call, one of our friendly dog experts will assess what support your dog might need. Most of the time, we’ll be able to help over the phone, along with a follow-up email to make sure you have all the information to hand.

If your pup’s behaviour is a little more challenging, we’ll direct you to our Dog School, where we can arrange a series of sessions to help you with your dog’s training needs and set them up for success.

In some cases, we’ll make a referral to our team of Community Clinical Animal Behaviourists, who can provide more in-depth support and advice.
