Are you right for River?

We are looking for an active home for River with adopters who can continue the training that we have started in the centre. We are looking to rehome River as an only dog as she would benefit from working on her dog to dog interactions when out on walks as she can be a little unsure. River would love a garden to call her own where she can potter and play to her hearts content. We are looking for a home where River's leaving hours will be minimal, with any leaving time built up very slowly once she is settled as she does struggle without the company of her favourite people. She could live with children aged 12+ who are confident around large breed dogs. River does get quite itchy skin in the summer months which is managed with medication, this can be discussed with the rehoming team! She cannot live with cats or small furries.

Is River right for you?

River is a 6.5-year-old German Shepherd who is an incredible girl, with lots of love to give! River enjoys playing fetch here at the centre, alongside lots of opportunities to stretch her legs and go on a sniffy walk. Above all, she loves affection from her favourite people and providing you have some tasty treats, she will soon be your best friend!
