Are you right for Bruno?

Friendly, affectionate, and always up for a cuddle, five-year-old Bruno is looking for an adult-only home. Bruno is still working on his manners when playing and will need to be the only dog in the home but could have friends out and about. Bruno is looking for owners who can be around most of the time, as he is not used to being left alone. Any time left will need to be built up gradually once he has settled into his new home. Bruno must have a quiet space in the home where he can settle when visitors come to the front door and when the family is preparing meals or eating (tall baby gates are an ideal separator). Bruno has not had much formal training. He knows "sit" but is not yet fully housetrained, so his new family will need to be patient and consistent while helping him learn the ropes. He cannot live with cats or small furries, but he is good with traffic and enjoys travelling in the car, making him a great companion for outings and adventures.

Is Bruno right for you?

If you are looking for a cuddly, playful, and loving dog, Bruno could be just the boy for you! He absolutely thrives on fuss and attention and will happily soak up all the love you have to give. He is a curious and willing explorer, always ready to sniff out new surroundings and enjoy some outdoor fun. When inside, he likes to keep an eye on whatever is going on outside. He is easy-going and always ready to make his people smile. However. this lad can bounce around in excitement when being clipped up and keeping him on the lead in public will help everyone feel more secure. Bruno loves his treats and he is doing fabulously with his impulse control training. While he is not too interested in most toys, he does enjoy chasing a squeaky rubber ball and playing a game of fetch. He has been learning to drop and swap toys and it would be beneficial to continue this in his new home. With the right family to guide him, Bruno will bring warmth, laughter, and plenty of Bulldog charm to his new home. If you are ready for a friendly, affectionate boy who will bring lots of love into your home, Bruno cannot wait to meet you!
