Are you right for Sausage?

Sausage is a beautiful nine-year-old Labrador x Spaniel! He is such a special boy who is much loved by everyone here at Snetterton. He is searching for a home with adults only who have had some experience with dogs previously. Sausage would like to be the only pet in the home but he could have some walking buddies to meet up with as long as they don't expect him to interact with them. Sausage is a social butterfly with people he knows and would prefer a home where he won't have to be left for long periods of time. While he will need to be kept on a lead and wear a muzzle during walks due to his past experiences, don't let that deter you. Sausage is a pro at wearing his muzzle, and he actually gets excited when he sees it because he knows it's time for his one of his favorite things – walkies! Sausage would like a private and fully secure garden to enjoy with his family. If you rent your property, please ensure you have written permission from your landlord before applying for a dog.

Is Sausage right for you?

Everyone who crosses paths with Sausage falls head over paws for him. Sausage is an absolute delight and his sweet nature shines through once he's your friend. His favourite hobbies are chasing after a tennis ball, showing off his amazing treat-catching skills and getting as much fuss as possible from his favourite people! Sausage would be the happiest boy in town if he could spend his day chasing tennis balls in the garden, followed by cuddles on the sofa and a snooze. Though Sausage has had some worries around strangers and other dogs in the past, he's come a long way with his training. Now, he's able to build bonds with people almost immediately, and he's even up for walks with fellow four-legged friends. During sleepovers with our staff, Sausage has been an absolute angel. Sausage is waiting to steal your heart, and we promise you won't be disappointed! Please note that you won’t be applying for a specific dog, but you can tell us what type of dog you’re looking for. You can also add up to four favourites to your application to give us an idea of the dogs you like, so we can consider you for similar dogs. Once you’ve submitted your application, we can’t change or update your favourites. Adding a dog to your application is not a reservation but a guide for us to find you a match.
