I'm looking for a new home...

About Winston

Centre:
Breed:
Age:
5 to 7 Years
Sex:
Male

Likes

Winston is a happy, friendly boy who is looking for a a fairly active family that can take him on interesting walks and keep his little mind busy. He loves his walks but can pull on lead a little so would benefit from some training around walking nicely on lead. He would enjoy access to an enclosed garden where he can play with his new family.

Type of home needed

Winston could join a home with another dog and would likely be ok around small furries but cannot live with cats. He could join a family with children aged 4 and older and has previously lived with young children. He is not used to being left longer than 2 hours, and will need someone around most of the time initally to help him settle into his new home. Winston does have allergies and will need to be on ongoing medication for this. Potential adopters should be aware that there is a cost involved with this. Full information will be given if you are found to be a match.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.
