Thelma is a 1-year-old Greyhound and is looking to be rehomed with her best friend Louise. To apply to rehome me please click on the "Rehoming Me Starts Here" button. Applications will close once i have found my suitable match. Thelma is a super sweet girl who is friendly with everyone she meets and can live with children 10 years and above.

Type of home needed

Louise and Thelma are looking for a home with their own secure garden where they can enjoy playing together. Louise and Thelma do have a desire to chase small furries therefore need to wear a muzzle and lead in public places. This friendly pair are happy to meet other dogs on a walk but are looking to be rehomed as the only pair of pets.

More about me

Thelma and Louise are being pampered in a foster home at the moment and are looking for a home where they would not be left alone for long periods of time. Thelma is a gentle, loving girl who enjoys human company and good ear scratch.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our West Calder Rehoming Centre in Edinburgh.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
