Tucker is a worried boy who really likes to have somewhere where he can go and feel safe away from visitors. He enjoys his food and a good chew & prefers to be left alone while eating. whe will play if encouraged. His favourite toys are plush soft toys that he can snuggle with.
Type of home needed
Tucker will be a very rewarding companion for an experienced dog owner who is willing to continue his training and take on board the advice given by staff at the centre. He is very worried by new people and would need potential adopters to visit multiple times to allow his confidence to build. He's waited a long time for his special someone to come along and he deserves a chance at finding happiness.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
