We’ve set up new processes which include social distancing measures to help keep staff, visitors and adopters safe.

We’re now matching dogs with their new homes virtually and delivering dogs contact-free. For dogs who need more time to get to know their new family, you can now meet them at our rehoming centres by appointment and this now applies to all of our rehoming centres in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

I'm looking for a new home...

About Lola

Centre:
Breed:
Age:
1 to 2 Years
Sex:
Female

Likes

Lola is a lovely, playful, bouncy girl who enjoys a little fuss from people she knows. She is a friendly girl who loves to greet people excitedly by jumping up. She enjoys tasty treats and chasing toys about. Lola is already house trained and knows 'sit' and would benefit from positive reward-based training as she is strong on lead and tends to jump up at people.

Type of home needed

Lola would be best in a home with experience of large dogs, as she is a big bouncy girl who doesn't know her size. She can live with children over the age of 11 if they can tolerate her bouncy and mouthy nature.Lola is unsure around interaction with other dogs and will need to be the only pet in the home, but could benefit from gradual socialisation with other calm dogs on walks. Lola is looking for a home with a large garden with 6ft fencing to play in and explore. Lola enjoys her walks and hopes to find quiet and interesting routes to sniff and explore. Lola can be a little worried when first meeting new people and so will need adopters who are willing to come to the centre for multiple visits.

More about me

If Lola sounds like the pawfect addition to your family please get in touch and we will email you a homefinding questionnaire to complete and return to us. Also please be aware that we are dealing with many enquiries for the dogs as they become available and you will only hear back from us if we are able to proceed with your interest. All other application forms will be shredded to comply with the rules of GDPR. You will need an email address and we will conduct a home visit via video so you must be comfortable with the technology used. In keeping with current government guidelines we are unable to rehome to those that are vulnerable or self-isolating.

During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs. This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
