Raven had a very rough start to his life and has spent many years in poor conditions. He's not seen much of the world and has had mainly negative interactions with people, so is currently feeling very scared. He's making super progress, he's started to enjoy simple things like fuss and thinks food is the best thing which will help start a great friendship!
Type of home needed
Raven needs a very calm, quiet home with a minimum of things to cope with. He will need time, patience, and gentle encouragement to start to get used to things. It will be extremely important not to rush him, or push him into situations he can't cope with. Raven has spent a bit of time in a home learning the basics, and will be clean when in a routine but still needs some help with coping with the big wide world.
More about me
Raven could potentially live with another dog however his past experience has been mainly with other beagles so it will depend on how intros go at the centre. Raven will be suitable to live with children aged 16 plus and possibly cats. His new family will need to make several visits to the centre before he's ready for adoption day.
