Rehoming by appointment

Our rehoming centres are open by appointment only. We're still rehoming, but we're doing things a little differently.

Sid

I'm looking for a new home...

Age:

Sex:

Sid is a sweet boy who is a joy to be around and will always bring a smile to your face and make you laugh with his silly antics! He is looking for a home with patient adopters who can help him settle at his own pace. Sid LOVES being around people and is just happy to be in your company - he would love an enclosed garden where he could relax with his new family in the sunshine and perhaps play a game or two to burn off some energy!

Type of home needed

Sid would like to be the only pet in the home and could live with children aged 12 and older who are comfortable around big dogs and appreciate he may not always want a fuss. He is under socialised with other dogs and is not sure how to act around them, he would like access to walks away from busy doggy areas and, once settled, would benefit from some training in this area to help him feel more confident around other dogs as he has the potential to have doggy friends once he has learned how to socialise. Sid would like his new family to be at home with him most of the time initially to help him find his paws, once settled, he could be built up to being left for short periods of time. Experience of similar breeds would be beneficial but not essential providing adopters can give Sid the time and love he deserves.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Snetterton Rehoming Centre in Norfolk.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
