Our rehoming centres are open by appointment only. We're still rehoming, but we're doing things a little differently.

Kevin is a sweet boy looking for patient adopters to help him settle into home life. He is quite worried and would like his new home to be in a quiet, rural location away from busy roads. He is nervous meeting new people but once he gets to know you, he likes to stay close to you without asking for fuss and is curious to see what you are doing. He would like access to a secure garden with at least 6-foot fencing and access to quiet walks away from busy areas with routes with which he can become familiar; he would like to explore different routes once he becomes more confident. He loves to enjoy a tasty treat and likes to spend time in the company of other dogs. He is a curious and gentle chap who needs his new family to be patient with him and give him the space he may need as he finds his paws at his own pace.

Type of home needed

Kevin would like his new home to be a quiet, adult only home with a maximum of two people. He is quite worried by loud noises and sudden movements so would need the home to have minimal visitors, with no visitors initially as he settles into home life. Initially he would like his adopters to be at home with him while he is settling in and would like to have a space of his own in the home, he can spend time alone if needed. He does have the potential to being built up slowly to being left for short periods of time. He does enjoy the company of other dogs and would need to live with another confident dog to help him build his confidence in his new home.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Snetterton Rehoming Centre in Norfolk.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
