Meet Millie! She's a sweet, six-year-old Crossbreed with a lot of love to offer. This friendly lady loves her human pals, is very fond of her food and likes to relax with a pigs ear or tasty chew after a day of sniffing and exploring!

Type of home needed

Millie is a sensitive girl at times and can become easily overwhelmed; resulting in stereotypic behaviours, such as spinning and shadow chasing. Millie is seeking a quieter lifestyle, living in an adult-only home. She thrives on predictability so would love to find a family who can offer her a consistent routine and plenty of their patience, as she may take a while until she fully settles in. Millie could potentially have walking buddies with canines of a calm and friendly nature but will need to be the only dog at home. She is also unable to live with cats, house rabbits or guinea pigs.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Shoreham Rehoming Centre in Sussex.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
