Scout is a very sweet and petite 4 year old Terrier cross Staffie looking for a loving home to call his own. Scout is a friendly boy with people, he enjoys spending time with people having a cuddle or a play with his soft and squeaky toys - fetch is his favourite game! He is a lively boy who enjoys his walks and would need these to be in quiet areas with few dogs.
Type of home needed
Scout isn't sociable when it comes to other dogs so will need his own secure garden with no neigbouring dogs. Scout is a friendly boy but can be a little boisterous when overexcited so any children in the home will need to be aged 14 and over. Scout will need a home that doesn't have direct access from the front door out of the house so will need his new home to have a porch or secure front garden.
More about me
If you could offer Scout his new home please give us a call. Please note that under the coronavirus restrictions we would be doing meets with Scout at the centre following social distancing criteria.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
