I'm looking for a new home...

About Toby

5 to 7 Years

Toby has lived in a home previously and was housetrained and ok to be left alone for a few hours. He was also good to travel in the car.

Type of home needed

Toby is a sensitive boy who is looking for a quiet adult only home with no visiting children. He is looking for a home where he will be the only pet. Due to Toby's sensitive nature multiple visits will be required from any potential adoptees. He will need direct access to his own secure garden with at least 5ft fencing and no neighbouring dogs. He is not too pleased about being groomed or over handled- his new owners will need to gradually work with him on some of his worries but the team at the centre can show you. Toby loves to play with his toys and enjoys his food- he loves them so much that he would rather not share them with you at all! His new owners will need to be aware of his resource gaurding and continue his on going training. Once he gets to know you, Toby is a bundle of fun! hHe is looking for owners who will continue his on going training.

More about me

Toby is a gorgeous lad but can be uncomfortable with handling so will need owners to take their time with him and allow him time to get to know them. please apply if you think that you have the right home for him.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from Dogs Trust Kenilworth, West Midlands.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
