Buster is a 5 year old chihuahua cross Jrt. He is a sweet lad with a sensitive side. He can not be around children therefore is looking for an adult only home. Buster has been okay out walking with other dogs but prefers not to share his space, he will need to be the only dog in the home. Buster was previously left for a few hours, this will need to be built up gradually to let him settle back in to the home environment. New owners will need to be willing to attend the centre a couple of times to build a relationship with him before going home. They will also need a secure garden with direct access for him to play.

Type of home needed

Buster is a worried boy who is looking for a quiet home. In his last home he did take a while before he became confident enough to go out for a walk so access to quiet walking areas is essential for Buster and owners who will be very patient with him during the settling in period. He can walk with calm, quiet dogs but doesn't like anything too bouncy or playful. He is good to travel in the car and enjoys playing with his toys. Due to some behavioural issues Buster is looking for a home that isn't open plan and new owners will need to be commited to making a few visits to the centre to meet with our training team before taking him home.
