Rehoming by appointment

Our rehoming centres are open by appointment only. We're still rehoming, but we're doing things a little differently.

I'm looking for a new home...

About Rosie

8 and over

Rosie hasn't had the greatest start to life so will need owners that are going to be patient and give her all the time she needs to settle into home living. Rosie has had a very sheltered life but is coming out of her shell every single day. Once she has built a bond with you she enjoys a fuss and being in her handler's company.

Type of home needed

Rosie needs to be the only dog in the home but can live with children 16 and over. She does need a private secure garden and a quiet household as she can be worried by regular day to day things including walking on some hard flooring.

More about me

Rosie will need to stay on lead in public, and would need to wear a muzzle at the vets as can be worried when visiting the vets.

We do everything we can to provide essential care for thousands of stray and abandoned dogs who need us, now more than ever. If you'd like to help us during these challenging times, please make a donation. Your support means so much to us all, thank you.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Harefield Rehoming Centre in London.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
