Rehoming by appointment

Our rehoming centres are open by appointment only. We're still rehoming, but we're doing things a little differently.

I'm looking for a new home...

About Zeus

5 to 7 Years

Zeus is finding kennel life difficult and would much rather be relaxing in a home. He loves socialising with other dogs so would love to have some play mates once home. He enjoys being around people but likes his own space at times as well, especially when he has resources that are important to him.

Type of home needed

Zeus is looking for an adult only home with owners that are confident around larger dogs. He needs owners who are willing to put in the time and training for his vet handling. He is looking for owners who have had experience with dogs who have resource guarding issues and will continue his confidence with handling. Due to needing his own space he would not be suitable for open plan living and he will also need direct access to his own garden. He is not suitable to live with cats and will need to be the only dog in the home.

More about me

Zeus may need multiple visits by potential owners to help build a bond with him before he goes home.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Harefield Rehoming Centre in London.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
