To apply to rehome Buster, please click on the 'Rehoming me starts here' button below. Applications will close when a suitable match has been found, at which point he will be removed from the website. Buster is a goofy and sensitive boy that has found life in kennels quite a struggle. With plenty of patience and understanding he tries really hard and this allows his true, playful personality to shine through. Once he has started to build a relationship with you, he becomes a typical, cheeky bulldog who has such a willingness to learn. For Buster, settling into his new home environment may take him a little while but with a family who dedicate the time, he has masses of potential to become a fun, loving and loyal member of the family.

Type of home needed

Buster is searching for a quiet, adult-only household with a maximum of two people where he will be able to relax and settle back into the home setting. In his previous home, Buster had a cat companion and so would be comfortable living with another one with his new family. He could also live with smaller furries, if they are securely housed. Buster can be worried when meeting new people and so any other adult visitors would need to be introduced to him so that he is able to feel more comfortable and confident. Additionally, Buster would require a safe space that he would be able to retreat to where he will not be disturbed.

More about me

Buster has some worries around handling, and this is something that we are working on with him. It is an area that his future family will need to continue his training in with plenty of positive reinforcement. Buster has ongoing medical issues which can be discussed with our brilliant vet team if your application is successful. Buster's new family must live within an hour of the centre as he requires multiple meets. Breed knowledge or experience will need to be demonstrated in applications for Buster.
