To apply to rehome Megan, please click on the 'Come and Meet Me' button below. Applications will close when a suitable match has been found. Megan is a soppy, gorgeous girl full of character. She can be shy to start, but with a slow and steady approach she soon learns to trust new people (and asks for lots of fuss!). Megan is seeking a rather specific home, and will need a lot of consideration by the family lucky enough to take her on.
Type of home needed
Megan will require a medium amount of physical exercise, and MUST have a very rural home with little going on around her. She becomes extremely overwhelmed on the sight and sound of traffic, loud voices and other activity and must therefore have a calm and quiet home. She must be kept on lead when out in public, and would like her very own garden to chill out and play in.
More about me
Megan is seeking an adult-only home with no cats or other small furry pets. She may be able to share her home with another dog, who will need to be large-sized, calm and confident. Megan will require multiple meets here at the Centre, so her family will need to live no further than half an hour from Evesham. Megan has been more comfortable around female humans here at the Centre, so introductions to male members of a potential family could take longer.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
