Type of home needed
Golden oldie Penny is ready to find her retirement home. She is a friendly lady who enjoys human company. Penny is housetrained and travels well in the car. She can be left for short periods although would love to have a home where she has company throughout the day. Penny must be the only pet in her new home however she can walk with other calm dogs.
More about me
Penny loves to play with toys and will play fetch with a tennis ball. Do not be fooled by her age she is a lively girl who loves to get out for walks. She adores people and had a lovely history with her family members in her last home. Penny can live with children over the age of eleven.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
