2 year old Will is a beautiful, gentle and loveable Greyhound with stunning tiger stripes and a great big smile. His most favourite walks are along the beach or in the woods, and an off lead zoom a couple of times a week will top off his fav exercise routine. Will is being cared for by one of our lovely foster families who say he has come on so well with his training. He is currently learning his name and to come back when called and he also has all his housetraining under his belt. Will enjoys meeting other dogs when out and about and will go over for a polite sniff and then happily carry on his walk. He enjoys travelling in the car and will jump straight in so he can be taken somewhere new and exciting.

Type of home needed

Will is looking for a home with a secure and private garden for off lead exercise. He is only a young lad so active owners is a must as he does like to get out and about. Equally, after a nice walk he is more than happy to chill in the house on a cosy duvet for a well-earned snooze. Will has potential to live with another dog of similar size and temperament but can not live with anything small and fluffy. Will is suited to live with children aged 14 years and over.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Canterbury Rehoming Centre in Kent.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.
