Ziggy is a conflicted young chap at the moment. At first sight he can seem very bouncy and excitable, but this is due to nervous energy masking his worries. When he feels comfortable, he does enjoy a game of fetch and using his bright brain to earn training treats.
Type of home needed
Ziggy is looking for a family with an understanding of canine body language or who are willing to learn more about it. Collie knowledge or experience would also be a bonus. He currently struggles with formal handling and will require ongoing help with this. Being a bright young boy, he will require plenty of physical and mental stimulation, especially as he relaxes and gains in confidence.
More about me
Ziggy cannot live with cats. He could possibly live with another dog, but this would depend on how meets go here at the centre. He can live with children aged 16 years and over who can understand his need for a hands-off approach initially.
