Boomer loves a good play with his human companions and his favourite toy is a squeaky toy. Once he knows and trusts you, he enjoys a fuss and his affectionate side shines. Boomer is an intelligent boy who loves treats which is ideal for him to learn new things. He is nervous of new situations and is slowly gaining confidence in the real-life-room, getting used to household sights and sounds. Boomer loves a good puzzle toy and a nice comfy bed. Boomer likes nice quiet walks without too much going on, he is worried by other dogs but can walk alongside them with gradual introductions.
Type of home needed
Boomer would like a quiet lifestyle that is going to enrich him with all life's fabulous things: nice quiet walks, food puzzles and plenty of tasty treats. Talking of treats, if he does smell something snack-like he will happily help himself so keep food out of his reach! Not much is known about his history (he was found as a stray). He will need confidence building with lots of praise, encouragement and treat rewards. Boomer will need a home in a quiet location with access to quiet walks. Adopters will need to visit the centre several times so that Boomer can spend time bonding with them before he goes home.
More about me
