Are you right for Cassie?

Cassie is a little soul with a big personality, and she is searching for a special someone to offer her the quiet life she deserves — along with her best pal, Baby. At 10 years old, Cassie would thrive in a peaceful, predictable environments and would love a calm adult-only home where she can settle at her own pace. She must be rehomed with her lifelong companion Baby and cannot share her space with other dogs, although she could live with a dog-savvy cat. Cassie will need quiet walking routes and a secure, enclosed garden to explore with Baby. Cassie would love owners who are happy to work with her building confidence both with dog encounters and vet visits as she does find these stressful.

Is Cassie right for you?

Cassie is looking for a patient and experienced home, where she will be given the space, time, and understanding she needs to grow in confidence. She has made great progress in building relationships with more staff during her stay, and with her known handlers, she enjoys gentle fuss and has even been known to fall asleep on a lap! Although she doesn't currently show interest in toys, Cassie loves spending time in the garden with Baby and tucking into meaty treats. She takes treats gently and really enjoys a slow potter. If you can offer a quiet, understanding, and structured home for both Cassie and Baby, you will be rewarded with the companionship of two lovely girls who just want to feel safe and loved. In the future, it is likely that Cassie will require ongoing medication - something the team will discuss in more detail during the reservation process.
