Rocky

I'm looking for my forever home. Could you be my perfect match?

May live with
Secondary school age children.

Are you right for Rocky?

Rocky can live with older teens and needs to be the only pet at home. He is housetrained and can be left alone for an hour or two without worry. This can be increased gradually to three hours if necessary, but he does prefer company.

Is Rocky right for you?

Rocky is an enthusiastic chap and to him age ain’t nothin’ but a number! He’s 11 now and showing no signs of slowing down, loving his walks and being ever so good on his lead. During the day you can usually find him happily sitting on his bed, watching the centre comings and goings, but once he spots his lead and harness he is always raring to go. Rocky loves people, especially those with cheese and he will give you his whole repertoire of tricks if he thinks there’s a tasty treat in it for him. His other great love in life is a tennis ball, and he will proudly carry two at a time in his mouth, showing them off to everyone! When it comes to other dogs Rocky isn’t that bothered about making friends, but he will walk calmly alongside some well mannered pals. He doesn’t really care for much interaction with them, and will most likely be happiest as the only dog at home. Rocky is a super older boy who is going to make someone a wonderful companion.
