Are you right for Wig?

Meet our marvellous little Wig, a 7 year old Chihuahua x Jack Russell. She is a sensitive soul when you first meet her but with a bit of time and patience she soon quickly jumps in your lap for a fuss and kiss. She is a clever girl who loves to keep her nose and brain busy with puzzle games and food searches and would love a home that can continue her confidence building and training.

Is Wig right for you?

Wig will need her own private, secure garden where she can work on her training, including housetraining but also exercise in and enjoy sniffing around. Wig can live with children 12 years and over but we would consider lowering this dependent on application. She will need to be the only pet in the home as can be reactive to other animals. She can be very vocal out on walks so would like adopters comfortable with this and willing to build her walks up. The home will need to have minimal leaving hours as she can be anxious when left. Wig is currently in one of our foster homes and not at the centre.

When we find a match, we’ll invite you to meet them

If we haven’t found the right match, we’ll continue the search together

If we haven’t found the right dog for you within three months, we’ll let you know your application is closed. We’ll invite you to apply again so we have up-to-date information about you, and we’ll keep looking.
