Shoreham's Stars of October

Misty, Ben, Freya, Kelly, Arthur and Shep from Dogs Trust Shoreham

Truthfully, we think that all our dogs deserve to be recognised for how wonderful they are, but this month we have awarded stars to our residents who have been particularly shining bright.

Misty is a star this month because she’s been very patient and such a good girl when having her medical baths to help her skin and fur improve… and she is looking FABULOUS!

Ben is a star this month because he’s super endearing and a pleasure to be around. Our volunteers have particularly been enjoying cuddles with him while sitting in his kennel.

Freya is a star this month because although she is 10, her age doesn’t defy her zest for life and playfulness. She’s always making us laugh when we catch her playing in her kennel with her favourite squeaky pig!

Kelly is a star this month because she’s a very smart lady who has done brilliantly with her training, meaning she is now ready to meet her Special Someone!

Arthur is a star this month because he’s made great progress with building in self-confidence. He’s been enjoying lots of reward-based training and playtime with other dogs to give him the boost he needs.

Shep is a star this month because he’s been gradually building relationships with our staff and has now gained lots of new friends! He is a very clever chap and been doing exceptional with his training.

If you think you may be able to offer any of these ‘su-paw-stars’ a home, please don’t hesitate to contact the Shoreham Rehoming Team. You can call us on 01273 452576 or come and visit us – we are based at Brighton Road, Shoreham, BN43 5LT.
