London, we’ve missed you! Book in to visit us, at our new Information Days.

Dogs Trust West London (Harefield) is delighted to welcome you back, with our new and improved visiting system. Find out more and book yourself in below. We can’t wait to see you.

See the best of us, at our Information Days

Book in online to visit our centre on our Information Days, held on Saturdays and Sundays between 12-4pm, and Saturdays from 25th September. You can book for groups of up to 3 people. Book your visit now.

During your 45-minute visit, you will be able to visit the best of Dogs Trust West London (Harefield), including our state-of-the-art kennels, and – most importantly – see some of our gorgeous dogs while they spend time with our canine carers. Information Days are the pawfect opportunity for you to have a quiet look around our centre and chat to our friendly staff about everything we do for our dogs.

Information Day visits can only be booked online. Please do not try to book over the phone.

Please note that our tea rooms have permanently closed.

Protecting our pooches, our visitors, and our staff

As well as ensuring your safety, these more intimate visitor Information Days will help our dogs to start to feel more comfortable in the presence of members of the public, after many months of closure. Thank you in advance for supporting us to do this in a way that feels right for the pooches in our care. They really appreciate it!

Book in advance, and don’t forget your face covering!

We ask all visitors to wear a face covering when in our centres, so please remember to bring yours, unless you have a government exemption.

Looking to rehome?

You’re barking up the wrong tree - let us direct you to the right one! Information Days are not a part of our dog rehoming process. For more information about our new virtual rehoming process, visit here

We welcome your pre-loved donations

We can now accept pre-loved donations of treats, towels and bedding (except feather duvets) at our centres via our contact-free drop off points. You won’t be able to come inside, due to social distancing guidelines, but signage outside will make it clear where you can drop off donations.

Please don’t leave clothing, valuables, electrical equipment, or furniture at our centre drop-off points.
