Dogs Trust

UPDATE: Our rehoming centres are closed until further notice, however we are now able to rehome a small number of our amazing dogs. Each dog’s profile will let you know if they are looking for a new home. For the time-being, we are unable to register your interest for dogs who are not yet available for rehoming.

Mia from Manchester

We first saw Mia's photo on the website and fell for her straight away...she didn't fail to disappoint when we met her... We brought her home on 6th Dec, with instructions to get her weight down, as she was a little chunky, so that she could be we put her on a diet, started walking her twice daily, no treats and the weight fell off her... booked her in to be spayed but when we arrived there we found out that she was having a phantom pregnancy... spaying had to be delayed for a couple of weeks..two weeks later she was spayed...what a start to her life with home, yukky diet food, no treats, exercise and then being spayed....but after all that...what a wonderful little dog she is, everyone who meets her loves her, she's so good with other dogs, even got a couple of boyfriends..!! And she now loves her walks and proper dog food and treats, of course...loves sitting on your knee and getting loads of cuddles... couldn't imagine life without her now...
