Covid-19 update: our rehoming centres aren’t open for public browsing, but we’re still rehoming and taking in dogs, with measures in place to keep staff and adopters safe. Find out more about how national Covid-19 restrictions are affecting our rehoming procedures and other activity.

Jackson (was Eric) from Evesham (Worcestershire)

We adopted Jackson 7 years ago to the day from Evesham. Rescued by Dogs Trust as a stray from Ireland, he was initially so stressed that he ripped up a pile of new toys within minutes of arriving. However, he calmed down, and soon turned into the most affectionate, endlessly good-natured, pleasant, funny, clownish dog who makes us laugh every day. He is greatly admired wherever we go, with people marvelling at his wonderful colouring, friendly nature, and smiling face. And in 2016 he won most handsome dog in show, at the Evesham Dogs’ Show. We couldn’t have been prouder! No dog has ever been loved more than Jackson. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of having him in our lives.
