Covid-19 update April 2021: Our rehoming centres are currently closed to the public for general browsing. We’re still rehoming virtually and we’re here to help if you can no longer care for your dog. Please don’t visit, or travel to our centres unless you have already been matched with a dog, or are leaving donations at one of our contact-free drop off points.

Codie from Kenilworth (West Midlands)

When we first rehomed Codie a tear ago we was told he may not be a family dog. With what we was told we trusted him 60/40 but he was only 18 months old and had not much love either being a stray or in Kennels. Now a year on that 60/40 is 95/5. All he wanted was love and stability and what a great family member he has become, however still doesn't like the vet we discovered that when he went for his booster. He has filled out a little from when we brought him home and loves fuss. One thing we can't do is not watch star trek other than times we are ready to walk him as he recognises the music and expects his walk then and won't let you fob him off. He is so intelligent
