COVID-19 info: Our rehoming centres are currently closed to the public but you can still adopt some of our dogs: take a look at their profiles to see which ones. We’ve set up a new rehoming process which includes social distancing measures to help keep staff and adopters safe.

Jess from Evesham (Worcestershire)

Eight years ago was the first time we went to see our little bundle of joy, Jess. I remember thinking "she's amazing" as I received a doggy kiss from her! At first , when we brought her home , her behavior towards other dogs really tested us but with a lot of perseverance we socialised her and now she has doggy best friends! Jess used to love going on her 6 mile walks everyday (when she was younger), through the hills and fields and enjoyed a lot of attention , playtime and treats . She loves to sleep with us on our beds and loves playing with all of her other animal friends , from hamsters to donkeys! Jess has made us very happy through all the love that she gives us , as well as her cheeky personality! Now that she's gotten older (14 years old to be exact) she enjoys her smaller walks , attention and trips out with us . She currently lives with her rabbit friend , Poppy, as well as the rest of us . Jess likes to try and play with Poppy by picking up her favourite pheasant toy and taking it to her . In the summer months Jess enjoys coming to family barbecues with us . She is one in a million and we would like to thank the Dogs Trust for finding us our well loved member of the family !
