Are you right for Monty?

If you're looking for a very active little buddy to join you on lots of fun outdoors adventures then meet Monty! He's a 3yr old Lakeland Patterdale Terrier cross who is bursting with life! He will need to live in a calm household where he can stick to a consistent routine. This means he'll need to be the only pet in an adult only home. He'll need a fully secure garden with fence and ideally no dogs living next door as he can be worried by some dogs if they're too 'in his face'. He has been able to have walking buddies with us though, so if he's introduced properly this could still be the case once settled in his new home. He will need someone around all the time as he settles into a new life and our training team will be happy to help and support every step of the way.

Is Monty right for you?

Monty is a real livewire of a dog and is full of classic Terrier personality! He LOVES his toys and will play all day long! He's also super friendly with everyone he meets, and as the relationship grows, you'll see a slightly more affectionate boy come through. He will always prefer to play, train or explore exciting walking places, but once he's bonded he does enjoy some fuss from his friends too! Monty does have a skin condition which requires ongoing medication, and he also eats a special diet of fish protein. This is all very much under control and our Vet will discuss this in more detail with potential matches. So if you are looking for a fun and friendly little chap who's always ready for the next adventure, add Monty to your favourites now!
