Are you right for Willow?

Aged approximately two-years-old, Willow is a stunning girl with a heart full of love that she is just waiting to share! Found as a stray, she’s now looking for a patient home where she can feel safe, loved, and supported as she builds her confidence in the world around her. Willow thrives in a quiet environment—ideally in a peaceful cul-de-sac or a low-traffic area—with an adult-only household that understands her need for routine and gentle encouragement. She’s currently working on building her confidence, especially around cars and unfamiliar sounds, and would love owners who are happy to continue her positive training journey. She walks well on a loose lead but may still get nervous, sometimes laying down or army crawling when startled. A secure harness is a must, as she can back out of her collar when frightened. She also requires a garden of her own and may need a little help with her toilet training, but with time and consistency, it shouldn’t take Willow too long to settle into a routine.

Is Willow right for you?

If you can offer Willow a safe haven and the patience to help her grow, she’ll reward you with endless loyalty and love. She is a sweet, affectionate lady with her most trusted humans, and the carers who work with her have all fallen in love! Willow enjoys solo play with her soft toys and interactive playtime with people too—though she’ll need supervision with toys, as she’s been known to chew and swallow them. Mealtimes are best enjoyed in a quiet, undisturbed space, and slow feeders are a great way to help her eat more comfortably. This adorable young lady has so much potential, and with the right guidance, we feel that she’ll make a truly rewarding companion.
