Are you right for Randell?

If you are after a cheeky, toy-loving character to bring some fun into your life, Randell might just be your perfect match. At around a year old, Randall is a wonderful young lad with bags of charm and a whole lot of bounce! Randell will need to be the only dog in the home, but he is more than happy to make some doggy friends when out and about. He can live with cats and children 16 years or above. He is still learning how to manage all his enthusiasm, so a home that can gently guide him through life’s rules will help him thrive. A secure garden to sniff and explore would be his idea of heaven. Once settled, he should be fine being left for a couple of hours.

Is Randell right for you?

Randell is an affectionate, fun-loving boy who wants nothing more than to play, explore, and be part of the action. He adores his toys and will proudly parade them around before bringing them over for a game of tug or a bit of chase. He can be a bit wriggly during handling and grooming, but with patience—and likely a toy in his mouth—he can settle and enjoy a gentle brush. He has already shown good progress with his lead and harness training, and though he can be wriggly at the vets, he responds well to food-based rewards. His housetraining is good in the home, he knows a few basic cues like sit, down, paw, and his recall is coming along nicely. He takes treats gently, is friendly when meeting new people outdoors, and has even shown polite interest in other dogs—walking calmly alongside and sharing a play bow with another one of our residents. Randell travels well, is quiet in the car, and is generally just a lovely, lively companion who brings joy wherever he goes. With the right guidance and plenty of playtime, Randall has all the makings of a brilliant best friend.
