Are you right for Gigi?

Gigi is a sweet girl who was found as a stray so understandably can be a little nervous at times. She is friendly and affectionate with people she trusts but appreciates building the relationship first. For this reason she is looking for an adult only home. A secure garden is a must for Gigi as she can get anxious when out-and-about, particularly if she sees traffic. A home where she can be walked away from roads directly from the front door would be just what she needs. Gigi would like to be the only pet in her new home but can socialise with dogs on walks. Gigi has a lot of character and will make you laugh with her antics. With some patience and understanding she will make a lovely companion.

Is Gigi right for you?

Gigi is a beautiful 2-year-old who loves snuggling up in comfy beds and playing with her toys. She has a few worries around handling so would love further support with this. A patient family who will take things slowly would be just the ticket. Gigi does try to keep her kennel clean, so with access to her own garden she should pick up her housetraining in no time. As Gigi came to us as a stray we don't know if she's lived in a home before. Therefore things like car travel and time left alone are best introduced gradually. Gigi is very typical of the breed, so would benefit from adopters with breed experience or who have done their research.
