Are you right for Toby?

Toby the Mali cross Collie is looking for a home with active adopters who can take him on lots of exploring, sniffy adventures, provide him training and enrichment to keep his clever brain busy and give him all the care and attention he deserves. He can live with children aged 10 years and over who understand that he is a young lad that can be a little bouncy and clumsy, and who will play with him nicely, and can give him space to relax and rest when needed. Toby is a playful boy who could live with another dog who will happily engage in play or coexist, this will be pending successful meetings at the centre, living with another dog is not a necessity, he would love to have play and walking buddies! He cannot live with cats or other small furries. Having lived in a home previously, Toby has a resume of tricks under his sleeve, including sit, down, paw, leave & wait – this boy absolutely loves to learn and is eager to know more! He would make an ideal companion for an active home that would enjoy agility, cani-cross, flyball or something similar! Despite having a history of housetraining, Toby may need a little refresher in his new home as he had a couple of accidents initially in foster, but as they days have gone by he’s been clean as a whistle! In his previous home, Toby was left for around 2 hours, so would be looking for a home with someone around most of the time that is able to build up his leaving gradually. Toby will need to meet his adopters a few times prior to going home, so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet him within 48hrs of being shortlisted.

Is Toby right for you?

Toby is a super fun & loving young lad who will make the best companion and family pet! He loves all great things has to offer: training, adventures, treats, toys, a splash in the paddling pool and of course a cuddle on the sofa with his favourite people! This fantastic boy is now ready for his new adventure.
