Are you right for Bryn?

Terrific terrier Bryn is ready to search for his forever home! Bryn is a true terrier with strong breed traits, so he is looking for a family who understand what life with a terrier is like. Previous experience with Welsh (or similar) terriers would be desirable, and Bryn needs to live with adults only, no visiting children, since he is nippy. Bryn must also be the only pet in the home as he's reactive around dogs, and smaller furries are too tempting to chase. Bryn does get easily frustrated. and has nipped and ragged at trousers here when carers have entered or left his kennel. Because of this potential adopters will need to come and meet Bryn a few times at the centre before taking him home, to allow you to get to know him and learn about the best ways to settle him in to the home. Our training team will support you throughout the adoption process and beyond, and will always be on hand for any help and support needed with Bryn. Bryn is an active lad, who will need lots of physical and mental stimulation, and he'd love a secure, private garden to explore in.

Is Bryn right for you?

Bryn is a 2 year old Welsh terrier, who was sadly returned to us due to unwanted behaviours in the home. In true terrier style he is super smart and is quickly learning new skills here. He is being crate trained, muzzle trained, is getting used to a harness, and is an all round top student. He will need to be muzzled in the vets and groomers for his own safety. Bryn is partial to hotdog and cheese which we use for his training, and he adores squeaky toys and swap games. Fetch is his absolute favourite, and it's easy to become his best friend with the help of a tennis ball! Our trainers have been using a flirt pole here with Bryn, which is helping him with his impulse control. Bryn travels well in the car, enjoys adventuring and exploring, and loves getting out and about for a walk. He can also be left for short periods of time and is able to settle with a chew. Bryn will be a rewarding rehome to a family who are willing to put some time in to training him, and helping him be the best boy he can be.
