Are you right for Nemo?

6-month-old Nemo and Dory are Maltese crosses who came to us with no history. These 2 adorable little balls of fluff are looking for a adult only home and they must live in a home with another dog, (they can’t be rehomed together), dog introduction will be done at the centre. Living with a resident dog will really help with their confidence and give them comfort. They are very nervous pups and not had much interaction with humans so find handling very worrying. Their new families must be willing to take thigs at a slow and steady pace whilst they begin to explore the world and realise it is not so scary. They will need a private secure garden to potter around in to help them build confidence and time alone will have to be built up very slowly. They will need ongoing grooming to maintain their coats but this will need to be introduced slowly.

Is Nemo right for you?

Dory and Nemo are both looking for a home which will help them build their confidence and help them come out their shell. They have had a very sheltered start in life and are nervous on lead so will need to learn lead walking skills and a slow introduction to the outside world as everything is very scary to them at present. They are nervous but given lots of time, patience and positive experiences these little cuties will make fantastic dogs. As they have got more comfortable being around their carers they have started to show their fun little playful personalities. If you have the right set up at home and room for a little fluff ball apply today.
