I'm looking for a new home...

About Beau

8 and over

Beau is a playful Jack Russell Terrier cross Cairn who is keen to say hello to everyone he meets! He's 11-year-old, but despite his age, he is still very spritely and enjoys his walks as much as he loves a game of fetch in the garden. Beau adores his people pals and particularly likes to snuggle up with them on the sofa, under a blanket!

Type of home needed

Due to his sensitivities around some types of handling and his lack of experience around children, Beau must live in a home where the youngest members of his family and any visitors to the home are over the age of 16. Although Beau will need to be the only pet at home, he could potentially have walking buddies with other dogs of a similarly calm character to his own, but he's not the biggest fan of Husky's! Beau's adoration for human company can leave him feeling insecure when left alone. He'd love to find a family who are always around at home to keep him company and who won't mind sharing the bed with him at night. Unfortunately Beau is unsuitable to live in any flats, due to his tendencies to use his singing voice when his favourite TV programs appear on the screen, and he'll need a garden of his own.

More about me

Beau is currently residing in a temporary Foster Home, where he's already proven himself to be a wonderful houseguest. However, all he really wants is a place to call Forever.
