Are you right for Nova?

Nova needs an understanding home where she can be the only dog and any children are of high school age as she is nervous around others. She has never lived in a home and will need all her training from scratch. Nova cannot be rehomed to anyone who is pregnant or immunocompromised, please call us for a chat if this may affect you.

Is Nova right for you?

Nova was dumped at just six months old and has spent the last 18 months in rescue in Romania. She's unsure about centre life but happier when out of her kennel and wags her tail at everyone. Nova is a curious girl but she's unused to indoor spaces so we're allowing her plenty time to explore and get comfortable when we need to take her anywhere indoors and her family should do the same. Given her background, Nova is going to require a lot of patience from her adopters in all aspects as she has a lot to get to grips with. She hasn't shown any destructive behaviours in her kennel when she's left by herself which is a great sign. Nova is happy to say hello and walk with other dogs abut she's a little intimidated by those that instigate play with her. It will all come in time and although she can't live with another dog, some nice friends for walks would do wonders for her social skills and confidence.
