Are you right for Ozzy?

Ozzy is a very cute 7 year old Lhasa Apso who is looking for a quiet home where he would like his own garden that has direct access to his home to give him a play to bound around carefree in, as he will need to be kept on lead whilst out in public. He is a sweet and sensitive wee soul who is looking for an experienced and adult only home with gentle and calm people who can understand him and continue his training. A quiet home with few to no visitors would be best suited for this little lad, as he can be easily overwhelmed and he will need to have a space in the home which he feels safe and secure in. Ozzy is able to share his home with other dogs but isn't able to live with any feline friends. Ozzy enjoys his walks and loves his toys but as he becomes so bonded with his favourite people, we think he'd do best with someone who is at home for most of the day and can work very slowly on building up any time that he is left home alone.

Is Ozzy right for you?

This lovely lad is playful and loves to go for wee adventures followed by a little snuggle, once he knows you. He may require his new home to be quite hands off to begin with, especially as he is settling in. Ozzy will require multiple meets at the centre to build a relationship with his new family prior to going home and help set him up for success, as well as visits to his new home to help him adjust. This little lad does have a medical condition that our veterinary team would be happy to discuss with any potential adopters in more detail which will incur additional monthly costs. Ozzy is a fun loving little lad who has been previously misunderstood and he is looking for a loving and patient home who can help him thrive.
