Are you right for Maverick?

Handsome Maverick is an eleven-month-old Staffy cross Rotti looking for a fun-loving home. He’s an exuberant boy who could share his home with teenage children, sixteen-years plus. He would best suit being the only dog in the home and out and about would love doggy pals that would be happy with his boisterous playstyle. He will need a home without cats, or small furries, and we have no history of him around livestock. Maverick has history of being okay left alone at home for a few hours at a time; this time will need to be built up gradually in a new home. He could cope with a reasonably busy household and is friendly with visitors to the home. Maverick is housetrained and travels well in the car.

Is Maverick right for you?

Maverick is full of beans and full of fun! He enjoys playing with his toys, tuggy games, ball, and doing zoomies with his tough toys. He loves to go for long walks; he doesn’t mind a mix of countryside or town walks. He is excited to meet and greet and play with other dogs and most of the time he walks nicely on his lead. Maverick is friendly with everyone he meets, he’s a young and can get over aroused at times. He would benefit from scent games, or trick training to keep his clever brain stimulated. He already knows a sit, paw, and down; why not teach him more tricks with positive reward training! In the home, Maverick is affectionate, loves to snuggle up on the sofa, loves the attention and he’ll be your shadow.
