Are you right for Mia?

No, this isn't Buck the crazy weasel from Ice Age - this is sweet girl Mia! Mia is a 4 year old JRT x Pug that has come into our care from a sheltered background. Mia has never lived in a home environment before and so would need help with basic training and coping alone. She is particularly fearful of going through doorways, but with a patient owner that is willing to go at her pace to show her that doorways aren't so scary, I'm sure she will become the bravest girl. Mia is a funny character, guaranteed to make her new family laugh. Her favourite thing is cuddling with her people, and will climb right into your lap for a fuss! Mia would be looking for a home where all children are 8 years+. and she would be able to live with a tolerant dog that would be willing to deal with her vocal, mouthy play-style. Mia settles really well in her kennel during the day, but hasn't been left alone in a home environment before so this would have to be built up slowly over time.

Is Mia right for you?

Miss Mia is a very cuddly girl, that would love nothing more than a lap to call her own. She is a super lady, loves her food and enjoys a good play about with her people and doggy friends. Though she can be quite boisterous in play, she does generally have a zoom around and has a sniffy explore on her own. We don't doubt this girl will make her new family incredibly happy, as long as they are willing to help her with her worries around doorways! We are so excited for Mia to experience all the love and the home comforts she has always deserved.
