Are you right for Mistletoe?

Mistletoe is a sensitive girl who has been misunderstood in the past and so is looking for a quiet life with patient owners. To set her up for success she will need an adult-only home. She can be unsure of new faces or situations so would like a secure garden of her own and a safe space in the house that she can retreat to if she wants. Quiet walking areas away from traffic and dogs will help her relax and settle into a routine. Mistletoe has potential to live with another dog provided this is the right match for her. She particularly enjoys playing with other Frenchies, but other smaller dogs might be ok too (and she also really likes our Shar Pei, Peter!) This would be subject to a successful mix in centre prior to rehoming.

Is Mistletoe right for you?

Mistletoe is a 2yr old French Bulldog who came into our care after being found as a stray, with signs of having had a recent litter. All of these experiences have understandably left her with a few worries and she would love to find an understanding family to help her overcome these. With her known people she does like some fuss, and she enjoys play but her absolute favourite thing is to snuggle up in a soft bed surrounded by soft toys. Mistletoe will need a gradual introduction to aspects of home life such as time left alone and housetraining. She does travel quietly in a car but isn’t fully comfortable yet, so confidence building there would also be welcomed. If you are looking for a sweetheart and can offer Mistletoe what she needs why not add her to your favourites?
