Are you right for Polo?

Polo is on the search for a loving family who can help him settle into home life. He would like a family who are actively involved in training to keep his brain stimulated. Polo has shown humping behaviours, mainly towards women, so his family will need to be comfortable continuing working on this in his forever home. He can live with older teenagers who are comfortable around boisterous dogs. Polo could live with a dog who can tolerate his intense playstyle. It is not essential for him to go to a home with a garden pending that he gets enough mental and physical exercise. Polo is suspected to partially deaf but has shown some response to high pitch sounds- this may progress in the future. Adopters must be equipped to life with a deaf dog and work on hand signal training and only let him off lead in enclosed areas/on a long line. All medical details will be discussed with our vet team upon a booking.

Is Polo right for you?

Playful Polo is a lovely boy who enjoys spending lots of quality time with his favourite people. He loves running around, getting his nose to the ground and meeting doggy friends on the way. He hasn’t shown much interest in toys as he much prefers the company of his favourite people. After a long day exploring, Polo can often be found curled up on a cosy bed watching the World go by. He is a clever boy who knows his name, sit and paw and loves to learn new things. He will make a great addition to his forever home.
