Are you right for George?

Adorable little George is a sweet lad who is ready to find his forever home. At 11 years old he is looking for the slice of the quiet life, but don't let that fool you he still love to get out and about exploring. He is hoping to find adopters who have some time and patience to help him with some ongoing training. George has lived in a home previously where he was mostly housetrained, so may need a little support as he adjusts back into home life. George hasn't really been used to being left home alone so will need some support in this area. George can find seeing other dogs out and about a little overwhelming and therefore much prefers quieter walking routes. It'd be ideal if his new family have quiet areas where he can explore. For this reason, he'll need to be the only pet in his forever home. George loves his food which is helping him learn new things, like wearing his muzzle for vet visits. With his fabulous coat, he takes grooming very seriously so his new family will need to committed to keeping him looking his best with regular grooming sessions. George loves nothing more than a cosy bed to snooze the afternoon away on and would prefer a home with older children of 14+.

Is George right for you?

George would love to have a garden of his own where he can safely potter, play and explore without worry. He loves his favourite people and enjoys fuss and attention. George does have some ongoing medical needs and is currently on medication, our team here at the centre would be happy to discuss these needs with any potential adopters. If you're looking for a loving and cheeky companion, George might be your paw-fect match.
