Are you right for Murphy?

Murphy is a five-year-old Cocker Spaniel looking for a loving home. He has the potential to share his home with another dog following a successful meet here at the rehoming centre. He would love to have doggy pals to socialise with when out and about. He has no history with cats, small furries, or livestock. Murphy could live with teenage children in the home. He is housetrained. He travels well in the car. He is happy to be left alone at home for a few hours at a time after his exercise needs have been met. Murphy is a high energy lad looking for a fun home with adopters who can match his energy.

Is Murphy right for you?

Fantastic Murphy is lively, enthusiastic, and friendly. He loves to go for long walks and spend a couple of hours playing at the beach. He loves to play with any toy and will happily swap one toy for another so you can have a game of fetch together. Like a typical Spaniel he is a keen walker and can be strong on his lead. He likes to meet and greet other dogs and join them on walks. He enjoys treats and already knows a ‘sit’, ‘paw’, ‘wait’, and ‘down’, but to keep that high energy brain sharp and engaged why not enjoy positive reward training together, and learn new skills. How about some scent games – great mental stimulation!
