Are you right for Jessie?

7-year-old Jessie is a sweet, affectionate girl. Once she knows you, she’ll become a loyal, loving shadow — happy to relax beside you and soak up attention. She’s looking for a calm, adult-only home with no visiting children, where she can feel safe and settled. Jessie has a sensitive side and finds the presence of other dogs very stressful. She must be the only pet in the home and will need access to a private, secure garden where she can unwind without worry. Out and about, Jessie enjoys quiet walks in low-traffic areas. She is strong on the lead and, must be muzzled in public — something she’s already trained for. Our training team will support her new adopters to help everyone feel confident and relaxed.

Is Jessie right for you?

Jessie has previously lived in a home and came to us due to a change in her owner's circumstances. She’ll need a patient adopter who can give her a little time and space to settle — but she builds bonds quickly with people she trusts. She doesn’t need lots of introductions and will likely form a connection within just a couple of meets. During the early days, someone will need to be around most of the time, but once she’s settled and feels secure, she can be left for short periods. Jessie doesn’t ask for much: just a quiet home, gentle walks, and someone to love her for who she is. If you think you can offer Jessie the peaceful, dog-free home she needs, add her to your favorites and apply today.
